General

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online, by e-mail, telephone or by post with Weddingcards2u.com.  Please read carefully before placing any order.  No responsibility will be accepted for errors not noted on this finished artwork.  Customers are therefore urged to check thoroughly before authorizing print runs.

Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.  By using this site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.  All transactions with Weddingcards2u.com will be governed by these terms and conditions.

All references to the ‘company’, ‘us’ or ‘we’ will refer to Weddingcards2u.com.  All references to the ‘customer’ shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company.  All references to the website shall include reference to the URL owned by Weddingcards2u.com. 

Prices

All prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are inclusive of taxes at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise.  It is our policy to offer goods at the most reasonable price possible.  However, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods. Online transaction (secure server), e-mail (unsecure), telephone, and post.  All credit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer.  We accept MasterCard and Visa. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order.  We are unable to accept or process any credit card orders without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

Samples are available on request for any wedding stationery design on the website (the quantity of which is at the discretion of the company).  It is up to the customer to request a sample and satisfy themselves that the style, quality and finish of the item is sufficient for their needs.  

Once an order has been approved, you should sign and fax it back or reply by email to the company. The customer has assumed responsibility that the item is sufficient for their needs and they are satisfied as to the style, quality and finish of the item, therefore claims to the contrary after approval cannot be considered.

The customer should proofread and make necessary amendments on the artwork to your satisfaction.  It is the customer’s responsibility to check the proof carefully in all details and revisions are free of charge, limited to the number at the discretion of the company.  We are unable to accept any liability for any errors once the proof has been approved by customer.

Once a proof has been approved, this order will then proceed straight to print.  Printing will start once your full payment has been received. At this point we cannot accept any cancellations to the order.

All proofs will be emailed or faxed unless an alternative method of proofing has been agreed and put in writing by a member of staff.

In the event, customer chooses to cancel a confirmed order a cancellation charge of 50% of the Sales Order will apply.

Delivery

Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service.  All delivery conditions and charges are subject to change without prior notice.  Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is made within the estimated time scales.  All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 28 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.  After your order has been delivered, the company shall not entertain any claim whatsoever. 

Cancellation

Outstanding orders can be cancelled at any time prior to proof.  We can only receive instructions by email on: sales@weddingcards2u.com once your order has been placed online.  If you decide to cancel your order before the signed proof is faxed back to us, there is a minimum 50% cancellation fee for administration and includes the work we have done for you so far.  Once we have received your signed proof, no further changes are allowed and because everything is specially ordered just for you, we cannot offer any refunds for cancellation.  

In the event any goods delivered by us are damaged in transit, or fail to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us within five working days of receipt.  If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.  We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have not been received by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Weddingcards2u.com as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times.  An invoice marked paid will be dispatched to you for all purchases.  This is your proof of payment and also your guarantee.

If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please return within 7 days of receipt of item at your expense.  Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of your paid invoice and, where possible be accompanied by original packaging.

After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire sales price including original cost of delivery, within seven

Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated.  Every effort is made to ensure the colours depicted on the website match as closely as possible those of the actual product.  Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

Insurance: Force Majeure

We will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations caused or resulting from industrial disputes or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the company such as act of God, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and legislation.  If by reason of such circumstances it shall become impossible within a reasonable time for the company to wholly or partly supply the items ordered then the customer’s liability will be limited to the value of the items already supplied together with any associated delivery charges.

Any information displayed on our web site or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice.  All information on our web site is updated regularly. 

Pricing & Print Errors

Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.  We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Ownership of goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Weddingcards2u.com until final payment of all sums owing, in respect of those goods, has been received in full by us.

Complaints

Any complaint can be communicated directly to sales@weddingcards2u.com.  We will endeavour to deal with your complaint within five working days of receipt.  In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation.

This privacy policy covers Weddingcards2u.com, its website and any other method of selling.

You can browse our site(s) without disclosing any personal data to us. Any links to third party websites are covered by the third parties privacy policies. We do not automatically log personal data or link information automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific individuals.

We are fully committed to providing full security both through our on-line and mail order service.  Please be assured that any information you supply to us is kept totally secure. The information you submit online in our secure Shopping Basket area, is totally encrypted for security. All information you provide is fully encrypted so that it cannot be read by third parties.

Please note that payments from your credit card/debit card will only be processed when we have checked your order. Any adjustment in price, other than what's on your emailed receipt will be confirmed to you, before we go ahead.
